nice cozy house for a good price. the bunkbed was a little bit small, and the shower was hard to arrange temperature. besides that it was perfect.

We had a lovely stay
We had a lovely stay, the house was very homely and perfect for us. We all loved the pool table as an added touch and it was played A LOT! Location was brilliant, short drives to beaches and 5 minute walk to Heaton park where we walked the dog. Would love to come back!

The set up was exactly what we needed
Brilliant place to stay, comfortable, felt at home but still practical and clean. The set up was exactly what we needed for a couple of days exploring with 2 kids and a dog!
Loved the place.
Loved the place. The king-size bed was very comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Both bathrooms were clean and modern. We loved using the pool table and Smart TV for a fun game night. Free parking in front of the house was super handy, and the metro was just a short walk away. The house is on a quiet street, but close to Chillingham Road and Heaton Road with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops. A perfect place for a city break!
The house is new and well proportioned
I have just had a perfect stay here, the property is ideal for Jesmond and Heaton, great for parents and friends visiting those living nearby. The house is new and well proportioned, it has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is light and airey, well decorated and spotlessly clean. Parking was plentiful, the road is a cul de sac so is much quieter. It is located near to pubs, resturants and bars and has shops all within 5 to 10 minute walk. The bed was really comfy, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. Nice touches such as games and books, netflix and freeview. The pool table was an added bonus, I stayed alone but still played pool and loved it, sadly I still managed to lose 2 games after potting the white with the black! 🫣. I would recommend the pool table house to anyone planning a trip to Newcastle.
only 10 minutes drive from the city centre
We’ve had a great time staying at this place. The location was good and only 10 minutes drive from the city centre, but has shops, cafes, pubs, parks all within walking distance. The inside of the house seems to be recently refurbished and everything is brand new. It is well stocked and has everything you would need for the stay (ie toilet rolls, coffee/tea etc), as well as a nice welcome basket with snacks for us and our dogs (which was a good touch). We also loved the pool table and it was great fun. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are back in Newcastle.
