Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is limited to number noted on the listing, including children. Guests must be over 25 years old to book this property.

Additional charges: An additional charge of £35 per person per night will be assessed for guests over the number specified in the booking.

Check-in and check-out: The rental period begins and ends on the designated check-in and check-out days. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in an additional late fee of £35 unless discussed in advance of stay.

Minimum stay: The property requires a minimum stay of 2 nights. Longer stays may be required during weekends and holiday periods.

Rental rules: Guests agree to abide by the rental rules attached to this agreement at all times while at the property. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of the rental party and anyone else permitted on the property also follow these rules.

Homeowner access: Guests shall allow the homeowner access to the property for the purposes of repair, inspection, or emergency. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access reasonably by giving guests at least 2 hours notice, unless in the case of an emergency or eviction.
